Conditioning: 6/19/13

Muay Thai:

Time: 1 hour

First time doing Muay Thai in a while.
Felt great as I did it (7/10).
Unfortunately I stubbed my right 3 toes while sparring!
Go figure …

I do need to get better and keep on practicing!
