Wanted to make up for my lackluster performance the other day.
So I put on my training mask and started dragging my sled to class!
Mask was too much after 100 yards or so and ended up removing it for the rest of the trip.

Overestimated myself and that extra 70 lbs on the sled was tough!
Took me longer than expected to drag but I made it and even made a decent performance in class!

Drag back was even worst!
Made me feel like crying at times but I trudged on!

I was wore out by the time I finished and ended up taking a short nap after my meal!
