Conditioning: 7/2/13

Recovery Prowler Push:

Weight: Sled (60 lbs) + 70 lbs
Time: 15 minutes
Rest: Whenever

Nice day out and nothing else to do so decided to do a Recovery Prowler workout.
Just pushed the prowler for 20 minutes and rest whenever my heart rate goes a certain level.
Hot day and sweat much.
Good session overall.
