Notes:

Slowly regaining my strength in the lifts.
Smooth and steady.
Hope to get near my maxes in the next few weeks, possibly in a month or 2.

Been changing some things up a bit and hoping to train a little smarter.
Trying to see my weak points more while also finding time for other hobbies.

Kinda conflicted on my body progress.
Looks like I lost some weight and size in some areas yet my body fat analyzer shows I gained some body fat …
Could be a quirk or wrong measurement last progress check.
Either way I need to clean up my diet better, as per usual.

After today I may stop Carb Back-loading and try LeanGains again or a somewhat combination of both.
Maybe some experimentation to see what works best for me to get lean yet gaining strength and mass at the same time.
Not sure yet but for now I must say that both Carb Back-Loading and LeanGains has its place …
