Conditioning: 9/4/13

Krav Maga:

Time: 1 hour

Feeling good and finally starting some conditioning again after a few weeks away from them.
No conditioning due to trying to recover some injuries I have had in a while and also just to have a break from some intense training.

Started most of the session with my training mask doing Krav Maga.
The last 20 or so minutes I decided to just spend the time hitting the heavy bag as I became an odd man in the class.
Was fine for me as I really wanted to do some more conditioning work than self defense at the time.

Good times overall.
