Conditioning: 9/7/13

Heavy Bag Class:

Time: 1 hour

Feeling real good as I headed to class after work (8/10).
Spent around 20-30 minutes just warming up on the heavy bag by myself before class started.
Doing some dynamic stretches then hitting the bag.

Great class today doing some nice combos on the bag and I was just all fired up somehow today!
Different instructor today and we ended up doing more bag work and less conditioning drills before the bag work.
Good times!
