Still slowly increasing my lifts as the weeks progress.

No records broken yet but maybe next few weeks.

 

Started adding some conditioning again the last week.

Looks like it help melt some of the accumulated body fat!

Hoping to get closer to 10% body fat by next progress review.

 

Also been playing around in how I can make my routine better and may take me some time to personalize it efficiently for my goals.
