Conditioning: 11/9/13

Heavy Bag Class:

Time: 1 hour

Yesterday I did some mobility/flexibility work by using the foam roller, doing limber 11 and using my Yoga video.
Didn’t like the video so ordered another one that should be here in a few days.

After work today I was excited, as always on a Saturday morning, to hit the heavy bag.
Good warm-up with a bunch of interval work that makes me feel like I should vomit by the time we finished.
But the icing is hitting the heavy bag on the last few minutes of class.
