Notes:

Goal wasn’t met this time and I blame the holidays!
That and my poor planning.

Diet was not good this time around due to holiday foods everywhere.
Didn’t had the proper mind set due to other stresses in life and caved in to some excess which showed in this progress review.

Also was not able to do any conditioning at all.
This combined with my diet not being good shows!

I definitely need to clean up my act and step up my game now that the holidays are over.
Need to cut down on the carbs a bit, eat plenty of meat and veggies while lifting heavy and doing some hard conditioning!
