New Strength Goals by ~12/28/14:
Squat: 355 lbs estimated 1RM
Bench Press: 265 lbs estimated 1RM
Power Clean: 175 lbs estimated 1RM
Deadlift: 430 lbs estimated 1RM
Overhead Press: 160 lbs estimated 1RM
Was unable to meet any of my last strength goals due to one issue or another.
So this time I am going to increase the goal length and hope to achieve most if not all of my goals by that time.
Here is to a hopeful year!
