Been following a trainer online for a while and always been impressed with her parallette work.
I feel that my upper body and core needs some work and always wanted to do more gymnastic stuff as well.
So built myself a pair of homemade parallettes!

So here is a pic of me struggling to do an L-sit when I built it a few days before.

I did some Tuck Sit, L Sit and Tuck Planche (3 x 10s each) and it hurt!

Can’t wait to improve on this … in time!
