Notes:

Working on cleaning up my diet.
Didn’t get real serious with it until about the last week.
Started doing LeanGains again.
Focusing on eating at least my body weight, in grams of protein, if not more.
Also making sure I get an adequate amount of healthy fats.

Go to meals lately are pork belly with broccoli cooked with coconut oil for breakfast and some kind of meat and a salad with my dinner.
So yeah, making sure I also get an adequate amount of vegetables as well.

Also got myself some Ketosticks and been obsessed with making sure I am in a Ketogenic state!
Giving myself a small shot of MCT Oil every now and then to jump start it.

To accelerate the fat loss I also been playing around with the EC Stack.

I think just the last week alone of eating cleaner helped my recomposition.
Here’s to hoping a much better result the next 4 weeks!

Lifts are still no PR and with the return to LeanGains, I think it will a much longer wait for that.
It’s a marathon so I will get there one day!
