Think I was doing decent for the first couple weeks then I got sick the last week and a half.
Unfortunate event considering I feel like I was getting stronger yet something that is very small and cannot be seen stopped me from my tracks.
I guess I was having a few extra stress in my life the last couple weeks that dropped my immune system.
Not sure if it was the improved diet the first couple weeks or being sick the last week but it looked like I trimmed in some places even though my body fat monitor states I gained a little bit of body fat …
The next few weeks will be tough as I have a few life changing obstacles I need to pursue that can alter my training schedules.
This may mean a few missed training lifting sessions again and will just have to do something else to make up for it.
Hit my first speed bump of many since this restart and will just need to adapt and overcome!
