Notes:

Not huge difference after 4 weeks.
But I also had a very busy 4 weeks taking care of very personal matters.
Missed a couple training sessions and still not doing much conditioning.

I did manage to surprisingly gain some weight while losing a small amount of body fat.
So I am guessing I somehow managed to gain some lean body mass despite a hectic month!

Training wise, I did what I should have done last month which is to deload after recovering from my double infection.
Refocusing my efforts on decreasing my training time by trying to use as little rest time between sets as possible.
Idea is to use my accessory work sort of like metabolic conditioning.
Using around 5 x 10 work with 1 minute rest between sets or rest pause sets.
Definitely focusing on fat burning the next few months until I am happy then try to clean bulk.
