Cycle 5 – 3s Week: Bench Press: 4/4/14
Very long week so far.
Had to do some life changing appointments that I hope comes to fruition.
Needed to lift today and probably why started off with a good energy level as I went to the gym after work (6/10).
Energy level even boosted a bit once I started my work set and stayed that like for most of the session (7/10).
Great session overall as I was able to get most of what I wanted to do today.

Felt like I saved 1 rep in the bank for the top set.
