Sprints w/ Elevation Training Mask:

Distance: 1.5 miles total (6 laps)
Time: 16 m 49.73 s
Mask setting: 3000 ft


Cloudy outside but still somewhat motivated from yesterdays session.
Had to do a quick errand that was near the high School track and decided to do some quick sprints on the way.
Decided to do sprints on the curve of the track and light jog to catch my breath on the straight.
Much tougher than I expected even with the mask on.
I did feel good during and after though.

Will have to try it again without the mask next time and try to beat the time both ways.
