Other Exercise: 4/19/14

Bikram Yoga:

Time: 90 minutes

Been wanting to try out Bikram Yoga for a long time and finally have a friend bring me to one.
Hydrated myself with my 64 oz water at work then took a 4 hour nap before the session.
Brought a 40 oz water bottle with me and in hindsight should have brought my 64 oz bottle instead!

This was a great experience!
Much tougher than expected due to the heat.
Definitely one of the more challenging things I have done in my life.

Definitely stretched out parts of my body and got the rest sore afterwards, probably due to some parts getting stretched that are not normally stretched.
Rest of the day was sunny and enjoyed it.
