Notes:

Cleaning up my diet a bit more and started doing some more conditioning work.
Looks like this last 4 weeks has some good progress.

Progress pics and measurements shows some nice changes.
Looks like some reduction and leanness in my waist, shoulders and upper back areas.
Unfortunately my biometric body fat monitor does not agree with my progress but I guess it shows it is not the best indicator for progress.
Still keeping it for data purposes.

Some decently good lifting sessions but still no PR’s and don’t see it happening for a few more months.

Some real life changes has started for me and not sure how it will affect my training the next couple months.
Career change may have me put lifting on hold for the next couple months and after that I may change to Juggernaut Method or continue 5/3/1 with a deload … again.

So going to try to finish the cycle and play things by ear for now.
