Cycle 1 – 3s Week: Overhead Press: 8/14/14

Felt kinda off today.
Probably caused by drinking a couple glasses of Scotch last night and not sleeping enough.
Slept later than I planned to and unfortunately woke up earlier than planned as well!

Decided to call it a day after doing my 1st accessory work due to not feeling it today.
Hoping that this does not become a trend.

Think I will replace my rows with Kroc Rows on press days after talking to a friend of mine about them and now missing doing them.

Both my wrist are still kinda busted from a while ago.
All sets felt easy enough.
Felt like I could have done 1 more rep if I pushed myself on the top set but that was it.

Surprisingly difficult.
Felt somewhat fatigued and wrist was bothering me.
Finished the session early and not do rows and dips.
