Another 4 weeks in.
Had a Deload week in which I did “Jack Shit”.

Been busy last few weeks and had issues getting enough sleep midweek.
This and not able to hit my scheduled conditioning seems to hinder my progress a bit.

Filled in a few places which I think can be easily fixed once I get my conditioning back in my routine.

Hoping for a better next 4 weeks.
