Weight: 60 lbs (Sled) + 90 lbs
Sets: 20
Work: 6 seconds
Rest: 60 Seconds

Almost convinced myself to not do any conditioning today due to laziness.
Chugged some HBCD and water and dragged my sled to be pushed for some interval sprints.
Felt good and easy surprisingly today.
Happy that I forced myself to do some conditioning and felt better afterwards.
