Another 4 weeks in and I am very surprised with my progress!
Got sick at the last couple weeks and missed a session (Bench Press) so started the day with a low expectation.
To my surprise, today is the leanest I have ever had myself on record!
Slowly gained 3 lbs and lost 0.8% body fat since my restart 20 weeks ago.
Just by the measurements, it looks like I filled in some areas and leaned a little bit in others.
Diet is practically the same LeanGains/Carb Back-Loading hybrid.
I did start doing some conditioning work when I can compared to the last couple of months.
Lifts are still a slow progress and personally do not think I will make my personal goals by the end of the year, which I already expected.
But will still try and change my goals once I reach that time.
