Another 4 weeks in the books and some decent progress!
Looks like I am doing a steady but slow gain in some areas and slicing away some fat in the process.
Leanest I have been since I started documenting my progress and hopefully I say the same thing next month!
Been missing my conditioning sessions due to real life which saddens me.
Hopefully to get some of that back on track.
I am honestly surprised about the results this time due to it being a holiday month!
