New Strength Goals by ~12/27/15

Squat: 355 lbs estimated 1RM
Bench Press: 265 lbs estimated 1RM
Power Clean: 175 lbs estimated 1RM
Deadlift: 430 lbs estimated 1RM
Overhead Press: 160 lbs estimated 1RM

Sickness and life changes made it not possible to achieve my goals again this year.
So going to be the same goal for another year …
