Cycle 5 – 5s Week: Overhead Press: 1/30/15

Overslept today!
Felt good as I went to the gym (6/10) but I knew I have to cut my session short and miss a few things I planned to do.

Only managed to do my main lift and decided to just do Kroc Rows for assistance work before leaving the gym.
Good session though and finished strong!

All sets felt easy enough until the top set.
Even the pull/chin-ups was better today.
Top set was challenging and felt like I had 0-1 rep if I tried for more pass my goal rep of 6.

Decided to start with my right arm this time due to issues with my right back/hip lately.
Good set and think I will add 5 lbs next time!
