Another 4 weeks has passed and somewhat happy with the results.
Some changes this time are the introduction of some kettlebell work on my non-lifting days when I can.
I have not listed them on my training logs here as they tend to be just short 10-15 minute interval work.
Looks like body-wise, I made some gains all around.
Only regret I have is that I must have splurged a little more than usual.
Since my restart this is the highest increase in weight I had in a 4 week period.
A slight gain in body fat is my only issue as I was hoping to either maintain or decrease it.
For the next 4 weeks I need to attempt to keep the same weight while shredding some body fat slightly.
On the lifting side of things I have been feeling stronger!
Small steady gains so far.
If I don’t stall or hurt myself from now on, I may get near my PR weights by the end of Cycle 8!
