Cycle 6 – 5s Week: Squat: 3/2/15
Crappy sleep, woke up a couple times.
Still manage to feel decent to start the day (6/10) and stayed like that the rest of the session.
Session surprisingly went well but had to cut out the sumo deadlift today.
Was just not feeling it.
Another change I may start doing next squat session will be my front squats.
Been doing them on a box as touch and go.
May drop the weight some and remove the box after having someone check my form last session.
Otherwise a decent session!

2nd work set felt too easy I decided to do a pause at the bottom of the set.
Top set felt like I had 1 saved in the tank.
