Notes:

Another 4 weeks passed and I am happy with results.
Gains everywhere in size.
I think I indulged too much in extra treats which made me gain some body fat.
I think for the next few weeks I need to focus on cleaning up my diet and possibly add some extra conditioning work to burn some body fat.
Need to keep it below 15%.

Lifts are steadily improving also and it looks like on track for what I want them to be.
Just need to focus on maintaining muscle mass while burning body fat the next few weeks!
