Conditioning: 3/25/15

Heavy Bag:

Time: 20 minutes

Krav Maga:

Time: 1 hour

Was originally going to drag my sled to class but didn’t have enough time.
Good thing I guess as I probably would die on the ride back!

Good warm-up working on strikes on the heavy bag for a few minutes.
Then onto Krav Maga.

Felt like dying or vomiting or both during the 1st half of the class until we finished with self defense work at the end.
