Another 4 weeks and a day has passed.
Some good some bad.
Good news is I was finally able to hit a couple Personal Records after a couple years!
Lifts are slowly getting back in place.

Bad news is I got sick the last week of this month.
Going to take another week off also.
Trying to recover made me gain some unwanted body fat and lose some desired muscle mass.

Need to just work a bit harder once I fully recover.
