Cycle 7 – 3s Week: Squat: 5/11/15

Not a good amount or quality sleep.
Felt tired as I started my day (4/10).
Was not feeling it when I actually did my main lift and decided to end it early so I don’t hurt myself.

Body Weight: 172.4 lbs on 4/20/15
Pre-workout Warm-up Time: 18 minutes
Training Time: 0 hr 55 mins
Fasted Time: ~12-14 hours
Sleep: ~6-6.5 hours

Pre-workout Warm-ups:

Foam Rolling
Dynamic Stretching
Box Jumps (37″ 5 x 3)

Main Lift(s):

Squat:

Warm-up Sets:
45 x 10
125 x 5
155 x 5
185 x 3

Work Sets:
215 x 3
245 x 3
275 x 3 (e1RM = 302)

Weight felt heavy at the 2nd work set.
Didn’t manage my 6 rep goal on the top set due to feeling weak from not enough sleep.
At least I managed the minimum for the day.

Assistance Exercises:

Front Squat:

Warm-up Set:
45 x 10

Work Sets:
95 x 8
– 1 minute rest
95 x 7

Quit as I wasn’t feeling it and went home.

Sumo Deadlift:

skipped
