Not a good amount or quality sleep.
Felt tired as I started my day (4/10).
Was not feeling it when I actually did my main lift and decided to end it early so I don’t hurt myself.

Didn’t manage my 6 rep goal on the top set due to feeling weak from not enough sleep.
At least I managed the minimum for the day.
