Another 4 weeks done.
First week was additional recovery from getting sick.

Tried to fix my diet and it seems to work despite my lifts not being as good as they were last month.
That is expected considering I got myself sick and just recovered from it.
Trimmed a little from fixing the diet.

Lift wise, most of them dropped in weight slightly.
Sure to bring it back the next week or two.
