Cycle 7 – 1s Week: Power Clean & Deadlift: 6/1/15
Decent amount of sleep and felt good as I start my day.
Energy level was decent enough for most of the session.
But power and energy dropped as I started my deadlift work sets.
Session ended early by not doing any assistance work as I was beat.

Sets was easy until the top set.
3rd rep of the top set was almost failed due to poor form and 2nd pull.
Top set goal was 5 reps but stopped at 4 reps due to form declining.

Sets felt easy until the 2nd work set.
Top set goal was 4-5 reps but stopped at 2nd set as I was just not feeling it.
