Another 4 weeks done.
This time I tried my best to work on my diet and it looks like it is working.
Made some gains while trimmed some body fat!

No conditioning done this month and plan to add it back in.
Just had been busy lately.

One issue I noticed with myself is about my sleeping pattern.
Haven’t had much good quality sleep like I used to.
Hopefully this issue improves.

No achievements on my lifts this month but its slowly getting better.
Working on some changes for this cycle to help improve myself to reach my goals better.
