Average amount of sleep but wish it was more and better quality.
I did feel good as I start my day (6/10).
Energy level was fine most of the session at least.
Decent session and at least finished strong in the end.

Top set goal was 8 reps but only managed 6 with 1 saved in the tank.

Usually do all warm-up sets with the FatGripz but it was too heavy for me now.
Sets was nice until the top set.
Top set goal was 7 reps but managed the minimum of 5 with around 1-2 reps saved in the bank.
