Cycle 8 – 3s Week: Power Clean & Deadlift: 6/29/15
Not enough sleep again and felt tired as I started my day (4/10).
Energy level picked up a bit after warm-ups (5/10) but felt fatigued after the main lifts.
Managed to do what I needed done and left without doing the assistance work today.
Lesson today as always, try to get more sleep!
