Sled Sprints:

Sled: 60 lbs + 90 lbs
Distance: 30 yds/set
Laps: 8
Rest: 1 minute/lap
Terrain: Pavement


“I want to be that person that people look at and say.
Because of you I didn’t give up!”   Fasted sled sprints.
30 yards x 8.
1 minute rest between sets.
60 lbs sled + 90 lbs plates.
