Cycle 10 – 5s Week: Squat: 8/31/15

Great amount of sleep but only felt decent as I start my day (5/10).
Cycling off caffeine for a couple of weeks and today is day 1!
What a difference it is to be stimulant free.
I was tired after the main lift and decided to call it a day afterwards.

Body Weight: 173.4 lbs on 8/9/15
Pre-workout Warm-up Time: 25 minutes
Training Time: 0 hr 42 mins
Fasted Time: ~12-13 hours
Sleep: ~7.5-8 hours

Box Jumps (33″ 5 x 3)
Standing Long Jumps (1 x 3)

Work Sets:
220 x 5
255 x 5
285 x 5 (e1RM = 332)

Disappointed in myself considering I PR last session.
But with no stimulants I was dying on the top set and just made the minimum.
