Notes:

Another 4 weeks and some good and bad progress.
Gained some weight but also some unwanted body fat.
need to improve and clean up the diet still.

But I did manage to have a few personal records on my lifts that I haven’t done in a few years!
Squat PR was made but form need lots of work.
Deadlift PR was done and couple have done more but didn’t want to risk injury.
Will try to improve more next few weeks!
