Decent amount of sleep and felt good as I start the day (6/10).
Energy level stayed the same for the main lift.
Only did the main lift as I was working on attempting another PR and that just wore me out for the day.
Not a bad session overall.

Was going to attempt another squat PR but noticed my form mess up on my last set.
think my upper body tightness is getting lost as I drive up from the hole.
This makes me lean forward a bit on the way up.
