Cycle 11 – 5s Week: Squat: 10/26/15
Decent amount of sleep and felt decent as I start my day.
I got an infection a couple weeks ago and took a 2 week layoff to recover.
Lost some strength and should have dropped the weight for this cycle but wanted to see how much I have lost.
I did decide to add some weighted carries on my sessions for this cycle.
