Tough 4 weeks.
Started off great actually accomplishing 2 more personal records!
But I got sick during a planned Deload week and just did nothing but recover.
After that my strength dropped a bit but still plan to do the scheduled cycle as is.
Most likely repeat the same weights next cycle as I have been stalling due to my strength not the same still.
I did somehow managed to lose some body fat while gaining some weight.
Looks like some muscle was managed to be kept while I was sick.
Going to hope for a decent progress next 4 weeks and rebuild myself.
