Not too bad a progress considering I had to layoff another week due to bursitis.
Big gain in muscle mass with a small increase in body fat.
Lifts are struggling due to the layoffs and sickess/injuries I have suffered these last few months.
I may repeat this cycle one last time and see if I shall deload after that or switch to a different program.
