New Strength Goals by ~12/31/16

Squat: 360 lbs estimated 1RM
Bench Press: 265 lbs estimated 1RM
Power Clean: 180 lbs estimated 1RM
Deadlift: 430 lbs estimated 1RM
Overhead Press: 160 lbs estimated 1RM

 

Only able to accomplish a couple of my lifting goals.
Better than none.
Need to train smarter this following year and attempt to get better.
