1st Conditioning session in a long time.
Lasted longer than I wanted it to be.
Great fun though.

And I managed to push a 600 lbs sled!
That’s a little over 1/4 ton!

Sledgehammer Stikes:
(35 lbs Sledgehammer)

Right Arm x 5

Left Arm x 5

Right Arm x 5

Tire Flips:
(~460 lbs Tire)

Sled Push Sprints:
(60 lbs sled)

+90 x 20 yards
– Rest 30 seconds
+90 x 20 yards
– Rest 45 seconds
+180 x 20 yards
– Rest 1 minute
+180 x 20 yards
– Rest 1.5 minutes
+270 x 20 yards
– Rest 2 minutes
+270 x 20 yards
– Rest 2.5 minutes
+360 x 20 yards
– Rest 3 minutes
+360 x 20 yards
– Rest 4 minutes
+450 x 20 yards
– Rest 4.5 minutes
+450 x 20 yards
– Rest 5 minutes
+540 x 20 yards
– Rest 6 minutes

– DIE!
