Conditioning: Yoke Carry, Farmers Walk & Sled Rope Pull/Sprints: 1/30/16

Conditioning: 1/30/16

Debating on doing any work today then I found out the Yoke was delivered and put together at my gym!
Never used one before so I was VERY excited to go train and use it.
Farmers walk handles was delivered too and a longer and thicker battle rope!
So much new toys I decided to try and use as much as I can and had a great day!
It did break my body down awfully good!

Yoke Carry:
(180 lbs Yoke)

+90 x 20 yards
-Rest 2 minutes
+180 x 20 yards
– Rest 2.5 minutes
+180 x 20 yards
– Rest 3 minutes
+180 x 20 yards

Need to find that sweet spot to make it comfortable enough as I carry it.
Also need to wear a cotton shirt next time so it won’t slide easily as I carry.

Farmers Walk:
(22 lbs each handle)

+120 x 20 yards
– Rest 2 minutes
+120 x 20 yards
– Rest 2 minutes
+120 x 20 yards
– Rest 2 minutes
+120 x 20 yards

Feels like I need to add more weight to it next time.

Sled Rope Arm Pull & Sprints:
(60 lbs Sled unloaded)

Sled Rope Arm Pull: +180 x 20 yards
Sled Push Sprint: +180 x 20 yards
– Rest 1 minute
Sled Rope Arm Pull: +180 x 20 yards
Sled Push Sprint: +180 x 20 yards
– Rest 3.5 minute
Sled Rope Arm Pull: +180 x 20 yards
Sled Push Sprint: +180 x 20 yards

This tore me up!
