Conditioning: 2/2/16

Planning to not go to crazy and brfeak in my new 10 lbs sledgehammer to work on technique.
Ended up destroying my arm with single arm sled rope pulls.
Fun times!

Yoke Carry:
(180 lbs Yoke)

+90 x 20 yards
– Rest 2 minutes
+90 x 20 yards
– Rest 2.5 minutes
+90 x 20 yards
– Rest 2.75 minutes
+90 x 20 yards

Lighter load today.
Plan was not too go to crazy today.
Owners added tape on the bar making it slide less easily.

Sledgehammer Strikes:

Left Arm Side Strikes: 10 x 15

Right Arm Side Strikes: 10 x 15
– Rest 1 minute
Left Arm Side Strikes: 10 x 15
– Rest 1 minute
Right Arm Side Strikes 10 x 15
– Rest 1 minute
Left Arm Overhead Strikes: 10 x 15
– Rest 1 minute
Right Arm Overhead Strikes: 10 x 15
– Rest 1.75 minute
Left Arm Overhead Strikes: 10 x 15

Working on technique.
Improving on overhead strikes but side strikes need work.
