Surprised myself as todays session felt easier compared to last time I made the same movements.
I guess small improvements helps!

Yoke Carry:

– Rest 1.75 minutes

Tire Flips:

460 x 20 yards
– Rest 4 minutes

Farmers Walk:

162 lbs each arm x 20 yards
– Rest 1 minute
