Conditioning: 2/17/16

Realized that its been around 3 weeks since I managed to do a 600 lbs sled push.
Wanted to see if I can improve on that.
I had doubts in my head as I was building up to it but managed to overcome it.
Personal Record of 700 lbs Sled Push and hoping to do 16 plates sometime soon!

160 x 20 yards
– Rest 30 seconds
160 x 20 yards
– Rest 45 seconds
250 x 20 yards
– Rest 1 minute
340 x  20 yards
– Rest 1.75 minutes
430 x 20 yards
– Rest 2 minutes
520 x 20 yards
– Rest 3 minutes
610 x 20 yards
– Rest 5 minutes
700 x 20 yards
