Really wanted to test my homemade slam ball today.
Did my warm-ups and somehow a co-worker got me motivated to do some box jumps.
No Plyo Boxes around so I adapted and used the Reverse Hyper Machine.
Didn’t realize until after doing it that I just made a Personal Record on my box jumps!
Highest I done before today was 43″ jump and today I did 44.5″!
And heres a few examples of what I played around with using the slam ball.
